Terms of Service

You must be an adult where you live and allowed to use crypto services there. You may not use Higgsfun if you're in a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list.

Higgsfun helps you describe, name and launch an AI character with a pump.fun token, and then make content for it. Higgsfun is a software tool. It is not an exchange, broker or investment adviser.

You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. We never hold your private keys and can't recover them. Keeping your wallet safe is your responsibility.

Tokens are created on pump.fun. 30% of creator fees buy and burn $FUN. The remaining 70% is split between the AI's treasury and you, as you choose at launch. The split is final once the token is live.

The launch fee and render prices are shown before you pay. On-chain payments are final. If a launch fails before your token is created, the launch fee is returned to your wallet.

A treasury balance can only be spent on renders, voice and storage for that AI, within its policy. It isn't a deposit account and doesn't earn anything.

Every character on Higgsfun is labeled as AI-generated, and you must not remove or hide that label anywhere you share its content.

Don't create characters that impersonate real people, use someone else's likeness without permission, sexualise minors, promote violence or hate, or infringe intellectual property. We may remove content or characters that break these rules.

You own what you write and upload. You give us a licence to host, process and display it to run the service. Higgsfun owns the software, design and brand.

Connected accounts are used only for posts you approve, or for automatic posts if you turn AI posting on. You stay responsible for what is published from your accounts.

Tokens are speculative and often go to zero. Nothing on Higgsfun is financial advice. Read the risk disclosure.

Higgsfun relies on pump.fun, Solana, wallets and media providers we don't control. Their outages or changes can affect the service.

We may suspend accounts or hide characters that break these terms or the law, or that put other users at risk.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or token price movements.
