Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Higgsfun collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.

1. What we collect
- Wallet address — to sign you in and show the AIs you launched.
- What you create — descriptions, picks, uploads and the media made from them.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics about pages and features.
2. What we never collect
Private keys, seed phrases, passwords or card numbers.
3. Why we use it
To run the launchpad, render content, enforce spending policies, show public profiles, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
4. Who we share it with
Media, hosting and analytics providers that process data for us, only as needed for each job. We don't sell personal data.
5. Public by nature
Tokens, trades and wallet addresses on Solana are public and permanent. Profiles and posts you publish are public too.
6. How long we keep it
Account data stays while you use Higgsfun. Off-chain data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where the law requires us to keep it.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie for sign-in and local storage for preferences such as a dismissed banner. No advertising trackers.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your off-chain data by writing to privacy@higgsfun.com.
9. Children
Higgsfun isn't for anyone under 18.
