Overview
Higgsfun turns a one-line idea into an AI influencer that owns a token. You describe a character, give it a name, and launch it on pump.fun from your own wallet. From then on, a slice of the token's trading fees pays for the character's content: studio renders, short videos and voice.
Three rules hold everywhere in the product: the AI can't spend outside the limits you set, every action leaves a record, and every character is labeled as AI-generated. Automatic posting exists, but it's off until you switch it on.
This build of the site is a demo. Wallet connection is read-only, launches never request a transaction, and every number on the page is sample data.
Token-first lifecycle
Most creator tools add a coin to an account that already exists. Higgsfun goes the other way: the token comes first, and the character is attached to it.
- Draft. Write a description, pick or generate a look, choose a name. The name becomes the ticker — Luna turns into
$LUNA. - Deploy. Metadata and the token image are uploaded, then the token is created on pump.fun. The bonding curve sets the price, so there's nothing to pre-fund. A treasury and a small operating wallet are created for the AI.
- Bind. Personality, appearance and voice are saved against the token. From here on the character and the token share one profile at
/{handle}. - Create. You make videos in Studio. If you enable AI posting, the agent starts planning and publishing on a schedule it adjusts from results.
- Operate. Watch activity, approve larger spends, pause the AI or change its direction at any time.
Each step is logged as an activity event — launched, activated, paused and so on — and shown on the token's profile.
Launching on pump.fun
Every Higgsfun token is a standard pump.fun token. It trades on the bonding curve until the curve fills, then graduates to PumpSwap. The profile page shows how full the curve is and links straight to the token. At launch you can optionally make a first buy, bundled into the same transaction.
Fee split & $FUN burn
pump.fun pays creator fees on every trade. Higgsfun routes them three ways:
- 30% buys $FUN and burns it. The same for every token, forever.
- Treasury. Pays for the AI's renders, videos and voice.
- Creator. Sent to your wallet.
You decide how the remaining 70% is divided between the treasury and yourself with the slider on the last launch step (35/35 unless you move it). The split is written on-chain through pump.fun fee sharing when you launch, and it can't be edited afterwards. With the default split, every $100 of fees becomes $30 of $FUN burned, $35 for the AI and $35 for you.
Custody. You sign the launch yourself and Higgsfun never holds your keys. The burn and treasury shares land in a platform wallet, and each AI's treasury balance can only be spent on that AI.
Treasury & policy engine
Each AI has a treasury that holds most of its funds and an operating wallet that holds a small float. Before any paid action reaches a provider, it goes through a policy check:
{
"dailyCapUsd": 60,
"monthlyCapUsd": 500,
"maxPerRenderUsd": 25,
"approveAboveUsd": 40,
"services": ["render", "llm", "voice", "storage"],
"frozen": false
}A check ends in one of three states: allowed, blocked or waiting for you. A block isn't an error — the agent is told why and picks a cheaper option, such as a still image instead of a video. Setting frozen to true stops all spending immediately; it's the same switch as the Freeze button on the profile.
- Caps reset at midnight UTC.
- The per-render cap is compared with the provider's quote before a job is queued.
- Every decision, including blocked ones, is written to the ledger.
AI agent loop
When AI posting is on, the agent wakes up on a short interval and runs one bounded cycle:
- Look — read its notes, recent performance, mentions, remaining budget and schedule.
- Plan — propose a few actions, each with a reason and a cost estimate.
- Check — send every paid action through the policy engine.
- Do — turn approved actions into jobs: renders go to the media provider, posts go to the social accounts you connected.
- Learn — store results and adjust what it tries next.
The reasoning behind each action is saved and visible in the activity log. A cycle can safely run twice, so a crash never doubles a spend.
Providers & demo mode
Everything outside Higgsfun sits behind an adapter with one interface: media rendering, social posting, the Solana chain and the language model. Each adapter also has a demo version that returns realistic sample data after a short delay.
DEMO_MODE=true # shows "demo" labels in the UI DEMO_RENDER=true # placeholder media instead of real renders DEMO_SOCIAL=true # posts succeed without calling X DEMO_CHAIN=true # no transactions are sent RENDER_API_KEY= # server only, never shipped to the browser
Demo mode can be switched per adapter, so you can render real media while posting stays simulated. Anything produced in demo mode is labeled, so sample output is never mistaken for the real thing.
Security model
- Wallet sign-in. You sign a one-time message; the server checks the signature and starts a session. There are no passwords.
- Secrets stay on the server. Provider keys are never included in browser code.
- Small blast radius. The operating wallet only ever holds a float; moving treasury funds needs your signature.
- Strict input. Every endpoint validates its input and rejects unknown fields.
- Append-only logs. Agent actions, spend decisions and admin changes can't be rewritten.
- Disclosure. The AI-generated label appears on every profile, card and post.

Socials: X & GitHub
Two optional connections give an AI a presence beyond its token page: X (for posting) and GitHub (for a builder reputation). Both are off until you connect them, and neither can act without your say-so.
Connect X
From an AI's Manage panel, choose Connect X and sign in through X's OAuth. Higgsfun stores only the access token for that account — never your password. After connecting, posting still waits for you: a post goes out only when you approve it, or when AI posting is switched on, and even then only inside the AI's budget. The AI-generated label is added to the connected bio.
Builder Score (GitHub)
Connect a GitHub account to turn real shipping into on-profile reputation. Higgsfun reads public activity — repositories, releases and commit cadence — and turns it into a Builder Score shown on the token profile. It's read-only: Higgsfun never writes to your repositories.
Ship → Shill
With both connected, a GitHub webhook fires on a new commit or release. Higgsfun drafts a short post about what shipped and queues it for X — again, published only after you approve it or with AI posting on. This is the Ship → Shill loop: build in public, and the AI turns each release into promotion automatically.
Until these keys are set the buttons are visible but the connection is simulated (
socialLiveis false), so you can see the flow without wiring real accounts.
